These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Group Stravex LLC (“we”, “us”), EIN 98-1961526, 2335 E. Atlantic Blvd, Ste 200, Pompano Beach, FL 33062, United States. By purchasing or using The Last you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Dispute Policy and Cancellation Policy.
1. What you are buying
The Last is a digital audio program consisting of 10 guided reflection audio sessions, self-discovery questionnaires and daily supportive messages, delivered through a private online members app. No physical product is manufactured, shipped or delivered.
2. Price, currency and taxes
The price is a one-time payment of USD $39.00. All prices on this site are displayed and charged in USD (US dollars). This is not a subscription: there is no trial period, no automatic renewal and no recurring charge. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency-conversion or international transaction fees, which are outside our control. Applicable sales tax or VAT, where required, is shown at checkout before you pay.
3. Payment and acceptance of terms
Payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted HTTPS connection. You must tick the acceptance box confirming these Terms and our refund policy before your order is submitted. Charges appear on your statement as GROUP STRAVEX.
4. Delivery
Access credentials are sent by email to the address used at checkout immediately after payment confirmation, normally within a few minutes and always within 24 hours. If you do not receive them, contact stravexgroup@gmail.com.
5. Licence and acceptable use
You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access the content for your own use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly broadcast, share your login credentials, or create derivative works from the audios, questionnaires or messages. We may suspend access, without refund beyond the guarantee period, if credentials are shared or content is redistributed.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to purchase The Last.
7. Health and results disclaimer
The Last is an educational and well-being resource. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, legal or financial advice and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. It does not replace care from a licensed professional. If you are in crisis, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services. Results vary by individual; we make no promise of healing, financial gain or any specific outcome.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the members app available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure may cause temporary interruptions.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid (USD $39.00). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
10. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and materials related to The Last remain the property of Group Stravex LLC.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes are reflected in the “last updated” date above.
