- Payment data: card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We never receive or store full card numbers, CVV or bank credentials — only the last four digits, card brand and transaction status.
- Account data: your login email and access status for the members app.
- Support data: the content of messages you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, used for security and basic analytics.
We do not ask for or knowingly collect health records, medical exams, body photographs, biometric data, government IDs or any special-category personal data. Please do not send us such information.
2. Why we use your data
